• A Company Secretary in Malaysia is a licensed professional regulated by the Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM). By law, every company incorporated under the Companies Act 2016 must appoint at least one certified Company Secretary within 30 days of incorporation.
• Your Company Secretary is responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, maintaining company records, and acting as your company’s official liaison with SSM.

SSM, or Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (Companies Commission of Malaysia), is the statutory body under the Ministry of Domestic Trade and Cost of Living that regulates companies and businesses in Malaysia. Established under the Companies Commission of Malaysia Act 2001, SSM is responsible for:

• Incorporating and registering companies and businesses.
• Enforcing the Companies Act 2016 and other corporate legislation.
• Acting as the central authority for corporate information and compliance.

In short, SSM is the official regulator that ensures all Malaysian companies, including those registered through Anycomp, comply with national corporate laws.

2. Select a licensed Company Secretary offering Registration of Company services.

3. Make payment securely through Anycomp’s Payment system.

4. Submit your IC/Passport, proposed company name, and shareholder details directly to your appointed Company Secretary via secure in-platform chat.

5. Your appointed Company Secretary will handle the full submission to SSM.

• Anycomp itself does not fix the pricing — fees are set by each licensed Company Secretary on the platform.
• Company Registration/Incorporatoin: Typically RM1,600 – RM2,000+, depending on complexity.
• Monthly Secretarial Services: Usually RM200 – RM800 per month.

• Any person aged 18 and above, who is ordinarily resident in Malaysia, can register a company through Anycomp.
• Foreigners may incorporate a Sdn Bhd Company provided they meet SSM’s requirements (at least one local director with a Malaysian residential address)

1. Yes. You can register and manage multiple companies under the same account. Each company will have its own dedicated Dashboard, Company Secretary, and document repository.

2. Delays may occur due to public holidays, additional information or name searches are required by SSM for further processing
